Each C&C chocolate is crafted by hand in small batches with no preservatives or stabilizers. To enjoy them at peak freshness, we recommend enjoying them within 7–10 days. Due to seasonal ingredients, slight variations in flavor may occur.

Due to the perishable nature of our chocolate, our main shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday. This is to prevent chocolates in transit over the weekend and to minimize their time en route to ensure freshness. The date chosen at checkout is the day your package leaves our facility. Tracking information will be shared as soon as the order is dispatched. If you are shipping to a warm weather destination, we may hold your packaging for the following Monday. We use FedEx for shipping so we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes & APO addresses.

The perfect prizes at our office Christmas Party. The winners were asked to open then and there. Everyone was amazed and impressed by the unique chocolates.

Every piece of chocolate was so luxuriously crafted, and our clients absolutely loved receiving these as appreciation gifts! The Cacao and Cardamom team went above and beyond in their service, and made the entire process so easy for us! We would absolutely recommend, and we will be purchasing again from them in the future.

Lovely presentation and product. Purchased as Xmas gift for a colleague and the chocolates were beautiful. 10/10 will recommend to others and do business with this company in the future.

Loved every single bite of my exquisite chocolates. I savored them, took little bites to make them last longer. The flavors were amazing and the quality of the chocolate was far and beyond any I had ever and I’m a huge chocoholic. I love supporting local independent small businesses. Chocolate artisans and craftspeople are rare. So happy you are in Houston and we get to taste your delicious treats. Can’t wait to treat myself to some more.

Perfectly packaged gift boxes arrived sooner than expected. Exquisite presentation, packaging and flavors. Truly masterpieces of art. One of my friends immediately ordered a gift box for her parents. Will be spreading the word and ordering more of these gems.

I bought these to gift to my crew... majority of them are from India so I thought the spice flavors were going to be appreciated. And indeed they were... I am getting ready to order another batch :)

Once again a stunning display of chocolate beauty. These were a bit more exotic and surprisingly wonderful. I loved all the different combinations. The Craftsmanship that went into creating these... All I can say is thank you.

I bought as a Valentines gift for my girlfriends daughters. The twelve year old acted like she didn't like them. The 8 yr old squealed with delight and tried to trade candies with her mom for prettier ones.....

The flavors were amazing, but between the purchase price and the insanely high shipping, it was about $5 per chocolate and they're small enough that it's not worth it. Glad I tried it, but at this price point I won't be back for a while.

After seeing the chocolates online and seeing the detail and work that was put into making them. I Bought these as a gift and had the opportunity to try one. What a great alternative to the standard chocolates. I will be looking to purchase more in the future and can’t wait to see what other flavors there are.

I got the Petite Gold Sampler as an early Valentine's present for my fiancé, and he LOVED it! They were beautiful, and I was slightly worried because the weather was a bit warmer on the delivery date but they arrived perfectly. He didn't share any lol but by the faces he made, it was delicious! Will absolutely buy again

Amazing box of chocolates in every way. My employees loved them as a gift and kept saying they look to pretty to eat but smell so wonderful that that can't help themselves. They requested the chocolates for every year now.

The chocolates were a gift for a 60th birthday. I paid additional for it to be delivered the day of her birthday and I choose a Houston company because she lives in Houston. The chocolates were not delivered on her birthday and when I called your store I was told sorry. They blamed it on UPS. I know she liked the chocolates but very disappointed in your service.

My girlfriend raved over your chocolates so I decided to reward two women I work with with a sampling, seems they were less than impressed! I will buy your chocolates again but I will be more selective with who I send them to, not everyone appreciates quality. From now on the women at work get Hershey bars!

I sent these beautiful chocolates off for Mothers Day. Mom is always so thrilled to get these very special treats. Cacao and Cardamom is how I win Gifting at every turn. The unique flavors and stunning visuals please even the most Discerning Chocolate lover. A year shall never again pass that I don’t send something off from this company. Always perfect

As a global traveler, I didn’t expect any domestic chocolates to eclipse my love of Belgian chocolate. C&C did that and more! I adore the creative flavor combos, artistry, packaging, and quality. My new favorite!!

I bought this box for my sweetheart, he is from Louisiana and has family in Texas. He has told all of his family that both reside in both of those states to find their way to buy these chocolates for their significant others. He said he ate one each hour as to enjoy and ruminate each of the flavors of this petite box. Needless to say it didn’t make it to the next day.. Excited to get a bigger box. Best find on IG.
